Happy Tuesday Fit Diva!!!

Are you obsessed with peppermint and chocolate??  I am!!  I’m also all about indulging, but unfortunately that starts the ugly cycle of craving sugar.  One bite turns into weeks of endless self-destruction.  However if we can have the taste of the season but in a healthier fit diva version….why not?!
I created these filling yet satisfying peppermint cocoa balls with a touch of protein.  That way we can eat 2 and feel satisfied.  Unlike eating our peppermint bark or chocolate covered pretzels with peppermint until we are sick. Been there…BLAH
The difference…WAY less sugar and some good carb and fat and protein to fill us to stop!
