Hi, I’m Chanel! I truly believe that we can build so much more than just toned abs and a nice booty in the gym… we can build some major SELF CONFIDENCE muscles too.

Health and fitness for me means that I can show up everyday for myself and for others, as the very best version of me. I love helping coach others on how be their best selves using fitness—training their minds and bodies to get comfortable with being uncomfortable, and always reaching new limits!

When I’m not in the gym, I love stand-up-paddle boarding, playing volleyball on the beach, or running with my Golden Retriever, Mylo! Just being outdoors enjoying the sunshine basically is my jam! While I do love making healthy food taste amazing and stay exciting, sometimes I’ll treat myself to one of my favorite treats— like cheesecake, ice cream, or cookies, YUM!

As a NASM Certified PT and Precision Nutrition Coach, I get the opportunity every single day to come alongside some amazing, strong women, and help them realize their strengths and unlock what they thought wasn’t possible for themselves!
