Hi, I’m Chanel! I truly believe that we can build so much more than just toned abs and a nice booty in the gym… we can build some major SELF CONFIDENCE muscles too.
Health and fitness for me means that I can show up everyday for myself and for others, as the very best version of me. I love helping coach others on how be their best selves using fitness—training their minds and bodies to get comfortable with being uncomfortable, and always reaching new limits!
As a NASM Certified PT and Precision Nutrition Coach, I get the opportunity every single day to come alongside some amazing, strong women, and help them realize their strengths and unlock what they thought wasn’t possible for themselves!
