Tuesday Morning Group Fitness
Small group training is a 45 minute session that has up to 5 ladies and as little as 3.
A personal training vibe that still flows with other women who are wanting a full body strength & cardio workout.
Oh, there is usually extra Booty & Core work to hit the hot spots! Usually in class I ask if there are any requests so we can be sure to diva-fy it ALL!!
